| Beginner Classes: |
| |
Recommended for all Pilates Group Mat first-timers. The beginner will learn to strengthen the Powerhouse (abs, inner thighs, buttocks and lower back) while improving posture and body alignment. The basic concepts taught in the beginner classes are the springboard for developing the skills necessary for advancement. |
| |
|
| Beg/Int Classes: |
| |
A class suitable for the beginner, yet a "stepping stone" into the Intermediate level. |
| |
|
| Intermediate Classes: |
| |
For those who are familiar with the order and flow of the mat exercises. The intermediate class is offered for students who have completed a consultation with the instructor. |
| |
|
| Advanced Classes: |
| |
Offered to those individuals who are accomplished in the beginner and intermediate level, and have a strong healthy body. The advanced student must be able to perform the exercises with fluidity and control. |
| |
|
| |
Group tower/mat classes
are not recommended for individuals with serious injuries
since the class pace is conducted as a group. Those with limitations
should sign up for private sessions only. |
